Daily maintenance can refer to the following steps to check the fuel capacity of fuel tank, observing the oil

level of the fuel tank, add oil if possible.

2, Check the oil in the oil sump plane: to observe whether the oil level reaches the oil gauge scribed line on

the tags, if lack, add oil to the specified amount, but no more than scale scribed line of upper limit.

3, Check the oil plance of speed governor of fuel injection pump : if it doesn't meet the scribed line mark,

should add oil.

4, To check whether the lubricating greese is sufficient or not in the water pump within the injection point:

oil gun to inject sufficient lubrication grease inside.
 
5, Check whether the water is sufficient or not in the water tank of diesel pump set : if lacking of water in

water tank, users should add water in time, and the water should be clean and fresh, such as Tap water or

clean water.If groundwater, it is easy to form scale inside the water tank, affect the cooling effect and cause

failure, therefore, groundwater must be softened before using.If the environment temperature is very low,

(ambient temperature is below freezing), users must add antifreeze fluid of appropriate freezing point  

according to the local minimum temperature.

6, Check the driving connection plate of the fuel injection pump : check connection screw loose or not, if

loose, should re-calibrated fuel injection advance Angle and screw down the connection bolt.

7, Clean the apperance of diesel engine and accessories: wipe oil, water and dust on the surface of the

fuselage,turbocharger, cylinder head cover, air dropping clear wares  with dry cloth or soaked diesel

dishcloth;Wipe clean or with compressed air blowing off the dust on the surface of the charging generator,

radiator, fan, etc.
